SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NeoMagic Corporation , announced today that it is delaying the release of its second quarter fiscal 2008 financial results and the conference call previously scheduled for today at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (2:00 p.m. Pacific Time). The Company anticipates that it will delay the filing of its Form 10-Q.
The earnings release and related conference call are being postponed in order to provide additional time for the Company to complete the preparation of its financial statements for the second quarter of fiscal 2008.
When available, the Company will issue a press release announcing the new date and time of its second quarter fiscal 2008 financial results conference call.
