The date of the special meeting will be announced once it has been established and the proxy statement/prospectus concerning the proposed combination will be sent to Wheeling-Pittsburgh's stockholders only after the review by the Securities and Exchange Commission is completed. The proposed combination is subject to stockholder approval of both Wheeling-Pittsburgh and Esmark, certain regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of calendar 2007.
