Teleflex Medical announced today the completion of the acquisition of Arrow International, a leading global provider of catheter-based access and therapeutic products for critical and cardiac care. With this transaction, Teleflex Medical becomes a $1.4 billion medical technology business with a leading position in disposable products for critical care and surgical applications. The combined company has more than 11,000 employees worldwide and operations in more than 20 countries.
