Pixelplus Announces Senior Management Change

SEOUL, South Korea, Oct. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pixelplus Co., Ltd. , a fabless semiconductor company in Korea that designs, develops, and markets CMOS image sensors for various consumer electronics applications, today announced that Dr. Sang-Soo Lee, the Company's CTO, Executive Vice President, and also a member of Pixelplus' board of directors, decided to depart the Company due to personal reasons, effective as of October 15, 2007.

Pixelplus will issue an announcement once it engages a qualified individual to replace Dr. Lee.
