NEW YORK, Oct. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. will replace Bowater Inc. in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on Friday, October 26. Bowater and Abitibi-Consolidated Inc. are merging to form AbitibiBowater Inc. , in a deal that is expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals. AbitibiBowater will not be added to the S&P 1500 at this time.
