PALM DESERT, Calif., Nov. 16 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Heckmann Corporation today announced that, commencing on November 20, 2007, holders of the securities comprising each unit sold in the Company's initial public offering completed on November 16, 2007 may elect to separately trade the common stock and warrants included in the units.
Those units not separated will continue to trade on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol "HEK.U", and each of the common stock and warrants will trade on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol "HEK" and "HEK.WS", respectively.
