                              DIRECTORATE CHANGE                               

Dan Baverstam has resigned with immediate effect as a Director of CLS.

The Board does not intend to seek a replacement and his responsibilities will
be assumed by Alain Millet, Group Treasurer.

Executive Chairman of CLS, Sten Mortstedt commented:

"Dan has made a valuable contribution to CLS over many years particularly in
building a strong and effective finance department. He is returning to Sweden
to pursue other business interests and we wish him well."
