TULSA, Okla., Dec. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Apco Argentina Inc.'s board of directors has approved a regular quarterly dividend of 8.75 cents per share on the company's ordinary shares.
The fourth-quarter dividend is payable on Jan. 18, 2008, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 8, 2008.
The fourth-quarter dividend has been reduced in proportion to the number of new shares outstanding following the 4-for-1 split of the company's ordinary shares effected in the form of a share dividend earlier in the fourth quarter.
