CHARLOTTE, N.C., Dec. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cogdell Spencer Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per common share payable on January 21, 2008 to stockholders of record on December 31, 2007. The dividend covers the fourth quarter of 2007.
