MONTCHANIN, Del., Dec. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Acorn Factor, Inc. today announced that the shares of its affiliate Paketeria AG, a German super services provider, have been listed on the Open Market (Freiverkehr) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and will be eligible for trading commencing Friday, December 21, 2007. Acorn owns 31.4%, with an option purchase an additional 5.6%, of Paketeria's outstanding shares.
