North Central Equity LLC, a Minneapolis based holding company, announced that its subsidiary, Corporate Technologies LLC, has acquired the assets of Intermountain Technology Group (ITG), a broad-based technology services company employing approximately 50 skilled and dedicated professionals. ITG is based in Boise, Idaho and serves commercial, government and institutional customers in Idaho and throughout the Northwest. As a project-focused, technical services company ITG has been providing IT products, technical/network services and professional services for 25 years. ITG was advised in the transaction by The C&H Group, an M&A advisory firm.
