| Description | The Board of Directors of China Great Land Holdings Ltd ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has subscribed for additional shares in its subsidiary, Sanya Pearl River Pile Co. Ltd ("Sanya") for a total cash consideration of RMB 5,000,000.00. As a result, the issued and paid-up capital of Sanya has been increased from RMB 15,000,000.00 to RMB 20,000,000.00. The above investment was funded through internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and the net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries ("the Group").
