WESTMINSTER, Colo., Jan. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Digital Info Security Company (Pink Sheets: DGIF) is pleased to announce that, through its Singapore subsidiary, it entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Mayor's Development Center, Inc., the premier training and development arm of the League of Municipalities of the Philippines, on December 13, 2007.
The Memorandum of Understanding covers a trial period of 60 days for not less than 100 trial users of DISC's Magic KeyRing(TM) encryption solution and other services provided by DISC.
During the 60-day trial period, both parties will enter into good faith discussions with the end view of finalizing an agreement between them, setting forth the detailed terms and conditions mutually acceptable between the parties upon which the Magic KeyRing(TM) encryption solution shall be deployed and maintained.
DISC secured office space in Singapore for its Asia-Pacific headquarters in June of last year. The office will provide a full range of IT services supported by a secure Data Center.
