IRVING, Texas, Jan. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- North American Technologies Group, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: NAMC) , world leader in engineered composite railroad ties, announced management changes in finance, manufacturing and marketing.
NAMC'S Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Mahesh Shetty, announced his resignation as of January 11, 2008. A search for a new Chief Financial Officer is currently underway.
In further announcements, Mr. Rod Wallace has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Manufacturing. Mr. Wallace has extensive background in manufacturing and specific expertise in polymer products manufacture. It was also announced that Mr. Dennis Guth has joined NAMC as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Guth joins NAMC with an extensive background in rail, intermodal and logistics operations.
