For the first time, Club Coast members will be rewarded for their play based on a tiered card system. Guests will qualify for one of three tiers (Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald), each offering an increasingly attractive series of services and benefits. The program will also allow guests the opportunity to earn and redeem points at any Coast Casinos property with a single card, offering both great incentives and cashback opportunities.
Commenting on the launch, Paul Chakmak, Boyd Gaming Chief Operating Officer, said, "Our goal is to build and reward customer loyalty, drive cross-property visitation and offer the ability to seamlessly earn and redeem rewards at any Boyd Gaming property throughout the country."
The introduction of One Card in Las Vegas is the first stage of the nationwide rollout. Boyd Gaming plans to connect the Club Coast card to similar programs at the Company's Downtown Las Vegas properties and in its Midwest and South region. Once the rollout is complete, players will be able to use their cards at Boyd Gaming properties in five states: Nevada, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana and Mississippi.
The nationwide rollout is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2008.
