If the Form 10 is declared effective, AccountAbilities will become a reporting company obligated to file reports with the SEC, and will terminate its proposed sale of assets to Hyperion Energy, Inc. and seek to arrange for a "ticker" symbol to be issued for its common stock by the NASD's OTC Bulletin Board.
