PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Lincoln Employer Markets recently announced that its Group Protection voluntary benefits team will grow to 24 new Regional Benefit Advisors in 2008. The Regional Benefit Advisors will be responsible for enrollment activities for new and existing customers within specified territories. The Group Protection segment of Lincoln Employer Markets offers exceptional service and a variety of non-medical group insurance solutions including life and accidental death and dismemberment, short- and long-term disability, and dental insurance. Lincoln Employer Markets Group Protection also offers employers flexible plans, bundled solutions, a selection of contract features and voluntary coverage that can be tailored to best suit the needs of employees.
The Regional Benefit Advisors will concentrate on activities that will help maximize voluntary enrollments including pre-enrollment contact with groups and providing on-site support during open enrollment periods. The Regional Benefit Advisors will also provide support during employee education sessions to answer employees' questions relative to benefit options and the application process.
