The registration statement registered for resale by certain selling security holders $60,000,000 of our 5.0% Convertible Senior Notes due 2012 (the "Notes") and the shares of common stock issuable upon conversion of the Notes.
The Company will not receive any proceeds from the resale of the Notes or the common stock issuable upon conversion of the Notes.
