Following the Company's business plan Diagnostic Imaging plans to acquire a number of profitable operating clinics as well as open a number of new clinics.
Company management has begun its diligence review on clinics that have been presented for sale to the Company.
Once suitable candidates have been selected and agreements completed the Company will announce the acquisitions as soon as possible.
