-- Scott Allen, assistant vice president of Baker's Environmental Services Unit in the Baltimore, Md., office. -- Travis Clark, assistant vice president in the Oakland, Calif., office. -- Tracey S. Cullen, assistant vice president of Aviation Services in the Moon Township, Pa., office. -- Jim Deschenes, assistant vice president and office principal for the Salt Lake City, Utah, office. -- William P. Macon has joined Baker as an assistant vice president in the company's San Antonio, Texas, office. His focus will be Baker's expanding Air Force and AFCEE business. -- Richard W. McDonald, assistant vice president, Geospatial Information Technologies, in the Beaver, Pa., office. -- David M. Martin, assistant vice president and director of facility planning and design for all of Baker's offices nationwide. He is located in the Moon Township, Pa., office. -- Raymond P. Wattras, assistant vice president of Baker's Environmental Services Unit in the Moon Township, Pa., office. -- Steven F.
