Story Highlights - Captaris unveils new capture, imaging and routing technologies - Special training on Fax over IP solutions and on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server will be offered to all attendees - AIIM ECM Practitioner certification training hosted in parallel to the event

Captaris, Inc. (Nasdaq: CAPA), a global provider of software products that automate document-centric business processes, is holding its annual International Partner Conference in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from 24-28 February. The five-day event held at the Hilton Hotel is a unique knowledge-sharing opportunity for leading solutions providers from around the globe who focus on business process automation for end-user organizations looking to better manage risk, compliance and productivity around inbound and outbound documents. More than 250 Captaris partners are expected from Latin America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. The conference will focus on the company's strategic goals for the coming year and highlight key trends in the market. Partners will also learn about the latest Captaris product updates, allow success stories to be shared between partners and will honor outstanding partner achievements.

The keynote address will be presented at 09.30 on Monday 25 February (local time) by Atle Skjekkeland, Vice President AIIM International. Success stories will be presented by Captaris partners from around the globe, and throughout the conference business and technical tracks hosted by Captaris executives, managers and partners will share vital information with the audience. In addition, key technology partners of Captaris will demonstrate their complementary solutions in an exhibition area.

Several important Captaris product updates will also be discussed at the conference:

- Captaris(R) RightFax(R) for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server. Introduced in January 2008, the RightFax Connector for SharePoint instantly provides the most comprehensive document capture solution for importing images and index information. The connector enables routing of images and data into workflow processes and streamlines the secure distribution of document images. - Captaris Single Click Entry. Also introduced in January 2008, Captaris' new Single Click Entry product analyzes text, extracts data, and populates Web forms automatically. In addition, Captaris Single Click Entry extracts metadata from new image files posted in SharePoint libraries supporting incorporation of these images in enterprise search.
