NEW YORK, Feb. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared the company's cash dividend for the first quarter of 2008 in the amount of $0.22 per share of common stock, increasing the dividend by $0.02 per share, or 10%, from the prior quarter's dividend of $0.20 per share. The dividend will be payable on March 28, 2008 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2008.
