Rapp Collins Worldwide Strengthens Agency Leadership With Appointments of Chief Healthcare Officer, Chief Retail Officer and Chief Creative Services Officer

NEW YORK, March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Rapp Collins Worldwide (RCW) announced today the promotion of three members of its U.S. agency leadership team with the appointments of Robert Grammatica as Chief Healthcare Officer, Dawn Maire as Chief Retail Officer and Tina Allan as Chief Creative Services Officer.

Jim Lyons, President of Rapp Collins North America, noted, "At RCW, we refer to the emergence of the consumer as a more active participant in their interactions with brands as the Consumerscape(sm); nowhere is the consumer's involvement more prevalent than in the sectors of Healthcare and Retail. Robert and Dawn are largely responsible for the recent growth in these two areas, and in their new roles have plans to move these practices forward in an even more meaningful way."

With regard to Allan's promotion, Lyons added, "Just as the Consumerscape(sm) dictates that we continually assess and refine the campaigns and tools we provide to our clients, it also demands that we constantly look at how we deliver innovatively, flawlessly and efficiently. Tina's passion for excellence and her refusal to be complacent makes her the ideal person to lead the agency in its quest for cutting-edge, creative business solutions for our clients."

With his elevation to Chief Healthcare Officer, Grammatica, previously the Healthcare group's Practice Leader, will focus on the development of proprietary solutions specific to the industry. Additionally, he will help create partnerships and alliances with other market leaders to augment the agency's existing healthcare offerings. Moreover, Grammatica will direct the group's increased investments in talent, resources and technology.

Maire, previously Practice Leader of RCW's Retail group, assumes the position of Chief Retail Officer having led the agency's activities in this area for the last couple of years. Maire is charged with providing thought leadership across the practice and developing expansion strategies to anchor the practice in RCW's Dallas, NY, Chicago and LA offices. In addition, she will be responsible for continuing to develop retail-specific solutions, all aimed at delivering the right loyalty strategies for clients in a diverse and highly competitive environment

Allan, as a result of her extensive experience in Production and Operations, has continued to evolve and develop the agency's capabilities in every aspect relative to the delivery of Creative Services. In keeping with the philosophy of RCW, Allan will be tasked with ensuring that the same levels of rigor that are applied to campaign design are similarly applied to execution.
