Quaker(R) Life(R) Cereal Partners with Actress and Mom Holly Robinson Peete to Inspire Moms to Make Their Best Days Happen

CHICAGO, March 13 /PRNewswire/ -- For moms who well know "life's what you make it," Quaker(R) Life(R) Cereal is introducing a little life inspiration. With the help of actress and mother Holly Robinson Peete, Life Cereal is inspiring moms to share how they make the most of each day with their families through a life-embracing campaign called Book of Life: Making Your Best Days Happen.

As part of the campaign, Robinson Peete's own words of inspiration are featured in the foreword of Life Cereal's one-of-a-kind keepsake book entitled, Book of Life: Making Your Best Days Happen. The book features a collection of contemporary words of wisdom, family photographs and original signatures from famous and everyday moms, including soccer star Mia Hamm; actress Jennie Garth; television host Dayna Devon; and hero Alana Strickland, who has opened her home to 112 foster children in the past decade. But its story is yet to be complete, as one page will be customized to feature personal words and family photographs from the grand prize winner of the "Life Cereal Book of Life" sweepstakes. Visitors to LifesBestDays.com can enter to win this timeless piece, and get a sneak peak at a selection of the pages from famous and everyday moms. Moms across the country can also visit the Web site to upload their own page to the online community Book of Life, or simply enjoy reading the inspirations contributed by other life embracers.

Robinson Peete is focused on making every day a best day, especially in the face of a challenging situation. She and her husband, former NFL quarterback Rodney Peete, recently spoke out about their son who has autism, and gave comfort to other families who also struggle with the disorder. "I've learned it's often the little things that make up a best day, such as giving a spontaneous bear hug to my kids or high-fiving my husband in celebration of a touchdown," said Robinson Peete. "So, when I learned about Quaker Life Cereal's campaign to inspire moms to make their best days happen, I wanted to get involved to share my own daily hopes and happiness."
