He later worked as Head of Retail Banking in Richmond for The Mechanics Bank and Chief Financial Officer for Bank of Marin. LeMasters is a Director for Bank of Napa and was the Bank's Chief Financial Officer prior to his appointment as CEO. He has served as interim President of Bank of Napa since August 2007.

Larry Fletcher has been involved in community bank lending for over 26 years. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President and Credit Hub Manager for Vintage Bank and Senior Vice President Chief Credit Officer for Solano Bank.
