NASHVILLE, Tenn., March 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. today announced that it has acquired Communications Development, Inc., a Maumelle, Ark.-based provider of outsourced marketing, consulting, and advertising services to the transportation industry.

Communication Development's operations will be consolidated with those of ACS Expedited Solutions, providers of TripPak SERVICES(TM), a trucking document delivery, processing, scanning, and storage solution, and ACS MultiMedia Advertising. Together they will supply marketing, advertising, and retention solutions tailored to the unique needs of the long-haul trucking and transportation market.
