BUENOS AIRES, Argentina, March 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cresud Sociedad Anonima Comercial, Inmobiliaria, Financiera y Agropecuaria (the "Company") reported today to the Argentine Comision Nacional de Valores and to the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that it consummated its preemptive and accretion rights offering and as a result raised an aggregate of US$288,000,000 in gross proceeds. In connection with this offering, the Company issued an aggregate of 180,000,000 new common shares, including common shares in the form of American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), at a subscription price of Ps.5.0528 per common share and US$16.00 per ADS and issued 180,000,000 warrants to purchase an additional 60,000,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of US$1.68 per common share. As a result of the capital increase, the number of shares outstanding totalled 500,774,772.
