| Description | We refer to the unaudited Full Year Financial Statement and Dividend announcement for the year ended 31 December 2007 of IPC Corporation Limited (the "Company") no. 00003 released on 1 March 2008 (the "Announcement"). Subsequent to the Announcement, the Company has now obtained audited Financial Statement for the financial year ended 31 December 2007 (the "Audited Financial Statement"). The Directors of the Company would like to highlight that there are substantial differences between the Audited Financial Statement and the Announcement. These differences are mainly due to the: 1) Over-recognition and re-classification of current year expenses; 2) Prior year adjustments on taxation; 3) Prior year adjustments on re-classification of the translation reserves to retained earnings for one of the Company''s dormant subsidiaries; 4) Over-provision of current year taxation; and 5) Re-classification of assets.
