On April 16, 2008, the Company received notification from the Nasdaq Listing Qualification Department that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4) because the closing bid price of the Company's common stock has been equal to or in excess of $1.00 for a minimum of ten consecutive business days.
