Motion Network Holding Plc ("MNH") and parent company of Motion Network TV
("MNTV"), the first 24/7 free movie channel in Europe, announces the appointment
of Budd Margolis as Director of eCommerce and Shopping for the interactive
retail operations of the Motion Network. The new position combines MNH's
European vision and network with the ability to provide retail services to our
growing global audience

Margolis, an American based in London for the past 20 years is an acknowledged
expert in the field of international TV home shopping. He was the former head
of eCommerce for British Telecoms openworld broadband operation and was with QVC
UK as a senior producer in 1993 & 1994 during the started up period . He has
worked for and advised TV Shopping channels in China, India, Russia, USA as well
as Australia and across Europe. Margolis has also advised web operations,
broadcasters, major department stores and retailers across the globe. His
experience includes TV3 the first commercially supported Pan Scandinavian TV
channel and was one of the first producers Sky TV where he worked on the first
pan European sports channel Eurosport.

Rio Pierre-Yves Dongour Founder and CEO of Motion Network Holding PLC said "We
have been very successful with acquiring film content and have greatly expanded
our network with many new agreements lately. We are thrilled that Budd
Margolis, an expert and visionary in the area of interactive retail, someone who
has real experience and can build a considerable commercial operation, has
agreed to join our team and build our retailing operation."

Margolis commented, "There is a gap in the market that the Motion Network group
has identified and I fully appreciate the unique commercial global opportunity
to expand this business line for the company. What attracted me to Motion
Network was the management, their experience and determination to build a Pan
Europe channel that has global aspirations.

Christophe Kay Kourdouly Co-founder Executive VP Head Of Business Development
added "The TV Home Shopping and eCommerce areas have matured and now command a
serious niche with considerable revenues. The combination of the two formats is
a proven & powerful phenomenon and there are additional areas, especially with
luxury and branded goods, where we can develop and properly exploit via the MNTV
network. Adding Budd Margolis to the team makes it possible to successfully
develop this area of our business."

Margolis has recently consulted TV shopping channel operations in Delhi, Moscow,
Los Angeles, London and Seoul and has developed interactive strategies for the
luxury goods market. He is a proponent of the growth of interactive retail and
convergence and has written and spoken on the subject frequently. Margolis said
"I am confident this new platform will provide retailers with the format to
educate and entertain in order to drive sales and traffic to improve their
business. It is a win/win for customers as well who will learn about quality
products they can own and enjoy."

In the UK alone there are some 40 dedicated 24/7 shopping channels which range
from live to infomercial, travel and price drop/auction formats. Most countries
now have shop channels and their web sites are especially successful because of
the exposure and ability to demonstrate and inform viewers.

"What will distinguish our offering is a commitment towards quality and our
ability to capture the essence of a truly wonderful shopping experience."
Margolis commented. "You can see there is great demand for goods but there is
little access. That´s where Motion Network Shopping comes in. We will gain the
trust and confidence of our audience by respecting them, bringing unique quality
products and entertaining them. It is not a simple task but when you get it
right you then control a very powerful distribution channel that provides
customer delight."
