Noah Education Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

SHENZHEN, China, May 6 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Noah Education Holdings Ltd. , a leading provider of interactive education content in China, today announced that Trevor Choi will resign as Noah's chief financial officer for personal reasons, effective May 31, 2008.

Mr. Choi joined Noah as chief financial officer in June 2005. "Trevor has played an important role in Noah's growth over the past three years. On behalf of the board, we would like to thank Trevor for his contributions to Noah and wish him every success in his future career," remarked Dong Xu, Noah's chairman and chief executive officer.

Ms. Dora Li, Noah's financial controller, will assume Mr. Choi's duties on an interim basis. Prior to joining Noah as financial controller in December 2007, Ms. Li was the financial controller and the head of investor relations of China GrenTech, a Nasdaq-listed company. From 1999 through 2007, Ms. Li was a senior finance manager at Conair Corp., a Fortune 500 company, in Connecticut, USA. Ms. Li holds a bachelor of arts degree from the Beijing Second Foreign Language Institute, and a master of business administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona. She is a certified master financial manager from the American Academy of Financial Management and is also a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Ms. Li will report directly to Mr. Rick Chen, Noah's executive vice president.
