First Industrial Realty Trust Declares Common and Preferred Stock Dividends

CHICAGO, May 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. , a leading provider of industrial real estate supply chain solutions, today announced that its board of directors declared a dividend of $0.72 per share of common stock for the quarter ending June 30, 2008, payable on July 21, 2008 to stockholders of record on June 30, 2008. This is equivalent to an annual dividend of $2.88 per share.

The board of directors also declared a dividend of $0.45313 per depositary share of its 7.25% Series J Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the quarter ending June 30, 2008 payable on June 30, 2008 to stockholders of record on June 13, 2008. This is equivalent to an annual dividend of $1.8125 per depositary share.

Additionally, the board of directors declared a dividend of $0.45313 per depositary share of its 7.25% Series K Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the quarter ending June 30, 2008, payable on June 30, 2008 to stockholders of record on June 13, 2008. This is equivalent to an annual dividend of $1.8125 per depositary share.
