THOMASVILLE, Ala., May 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- United Security Bancshares, Inc.'s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share at its regular meeting May 22, 2008, which represents a 3.8% increase over the regular dividend declared in the second quarter of 2007.
The dividend is payable July 1, 2008, to shareholders of record at the close of business June 12, 2008.
