BCE files materials requested by Industry Canada

MONTREAL, Quebec, June 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BCE announced today that the documentation and information requested by Industry Canada have been filed with the department. This measure was requested by the Minister of Industry in his letter of April 8, 2008, in which he indicated his approval of the proposed transaction, subject to the receipt and approval by Industry Canada of these materials.
