KANSAS CITY, Mo., June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Italian Pasta Company (Pink Sheets: AITP.PK), the largest producer of dry pasta in North America, announced today the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for its fiscal year 2005. The filing includes the restatement of the Company's historical financial statements for fiscal 2004 and prior years. The Company's independent auditors are completing the review of financial statements for fiscal years 2006 and 2007 and the Company will file the Annual Report on Form 10-K for these two years as soon as possible.
