Pennsylvania Campaign for Clean Water:
What: Pennsylvania state legislators and a coalition of over 100 organizations will hold a press conference calling on the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to support a proposal requiring a minimum 100 foot forested stream buffers for all new development along the state's streams as a protection against pollution. DEP is currently in the process of proposing new stormwater management rules.
