HEMET, Calif., June 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- VoiceNetworkx, Inc (Pink Sheets: VNWX) announces the completion of the physical surveys in Hemet, San Jacinto and Banning, all cities in the Inland Empire region of Southern California in preparation of deploying their WiMAX network in the region.
These cities are geographically situated along the path of the company's 100 mile-long fiber optic circuit that stretches from the Coachella Valley in the east to Los Angeles in the west. The company will deploy a WiMAX network along this path that will cover a region and population with a density of 2.1 million business and residents. "The deployment has some unusual challenges," says H. Castillo, the Company's Chief Technology Officer. "The communities along the I-10 are surrounded by mountains which make for a very creative deployment. This is a unique opportunity to demonstrate our strong competencies and insight into niche markets and midsize business communities often ignored by the larger carriers," he stated. VoiceNetworkx has been exploring deployment and WiMAX Carrier grade equipment options with Aperto Networks and its channel partners in order to determine existing synergies and further potential opportunities.
VoiceNetworkx will continue to survey westward along the fiber optic circuit in the next few weeks. Additional surveys will be conducted in Beaumont, Redlands and Riverside before the end of the summer. The wireless network will provide the backbone for the voice and data applications the company plans to offer to businesses and residents along the fiber corridor. The company sees strong growth opportunities along this busy business corridor which invariably will translate into great value for our shareholders and partners. We look forward to another year of record sales as demand for our services continues growing in recognition of our ability to deliver more value to our customers with extremely competitive pricing and high user satisfaction.
