Grubb & Ellis Company Issues Response to 13D/A Filing

SANTA ANA, Calif., June 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The following statement was issued today by Glenn L. Carpenter, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grubb & Ellis Company , on behalf of the Board regarding the Schedule 13D/A filed by Anthony W. Thompson with the Securities & Exchange Commission on June 26, 2008.
