Tradeshow Marketing Company Releases Corporate Update

SAMMAMISH, WA, July 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tradeshow Marketing Company, Ltd. , a specialty product development and retail company with operations in North America, is pleased to provide the following corporate update from its President and CEO, Luniel de Beer.

"The beginning of this year has been one of great transition and activity for Tradeshow Marketing Company as we shape the business for the future. We made changes to our corporate structure in an effort to streamline our business model and significantly reduce overhead. We believe we have made great progress toward our goal of focusing on developing the most profitable areas of the company, and we continue to work diligently to make that goal a reality in 2008. As the CEO of Tradeshow Marketing Company, my goal and duty to our investors is to continuously make the right decisions to increase shareholder value. I plan on doing this by building a world class team of professionals around our company and expanding operations as rapidly and cost effectively as possible. The learning curve that we went through in 2007 and 2008 has brought us to where we are today, and we believe that the efforts that we made in the past 2 years will really start to bear their fruits in the coming months.

Tradeshow Marketing Company has spent many years developing a robust portfolio of interests that focus on becoming a leader in the development and distribution of As Seen On TV items.

Our hard work has yielded success and experience in developing private label products, operating corporate retail stores, operating an ecommerce website, and developing out a franchise program. During 2007, we achieved several milestones, such as the approval to sell franchises in 42 states, the signing of Billy Mays to assist in franchise promotion and product development and marketing, and the launching of a national ad campaign that started in Phoenix AZ.

Today, our focus is on strong and steady organic growth and rolling out our business model over the coming weeks and months. To that end, we have forged a plan to develop a strong revenue generating business and identified two key areas: retail stores and launching proprietary products through our infomercials. We are currently negotiating a joint venture with a leading As Seen On TV retailer and distributor, specifically to assist us in developing showcase stores in nationally strategic locations, and developing and branding products for television.

In conclusion, we will continue our focus on organic growth and profitability while forging new alliances to strengthen our development as a national brand, but most importantly I will be focused on increasing shareholder value. As the CEO of our publically traded company, I welcome feedback from our investors and will execute daily to increase the value of this company dramatically."
