DALLAS, Aug. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Southwest Securities has added a senior vice president and head of marketing, Maryrose Dombrowski, to its Clearing Services division. Dombrowski brings extensive experience in sales and marketing in the financial services industry to Southwest Securities, a subsidiary of SWS Group .
"Maryrose's knowledge of our business and her expertise in marketing, sales and relationship management will help us to drive our growth efforts," Timothy J. Hamick, executive vice president of SWS Group and head of Clearing Services, said.
Dombrowski is the former director of marketing for Broadcort, a division of Merrill Lynch. She has 25 years of experience in financial services and has held senior positions in sales, marketing and relationship management. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, she developed and oversaw the cross-marketing strategy for execution, clearing, settlement and financing services for equities, options, futures and foreign exchange markets at ABN AMRO. She also spent several years in the futures industry in an institutional sales role working with both U.S. and international clients.
Dombrowski earned a bachelor's degree in economics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration at The University of Chicago.
