RESULTS OF EUROCONNXION'S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 29 AUGUST 2008

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at its registered office,
Ulysses House, Foley Street, Dublin 1 on 29 August 2008, the following
resolutions put to the shareholders were duly passed:

(1) To receive and consider the financial statements for the year ended 2007
and the report of the Directors and the Auditors thereon.

(2) To re- appoint John Bertrand, Frank Favretto, Baden Wright, Wayne Passlow,
and Gareth Thomas as Directors of the Company.

(3) To re-appoint the retiring Auditors and authorise the Directors to fix
their remuneration.

(4) To approve the Special Resolution

    1) to change the Company name to Sonnet Corporation Plc'; and

    2) to replace Article 12 in the Articles of Association to allow directors'
       meetings to be held at any location.

The Directors of EuroConnXion Holdings Plc accept responsibility for this
announcement.
