YONKERS, N.Y., Sept. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- William E. Griffin, Chairman of the Board of Hudson Valley Holding Corp., announced the approval by the Board of Directors to extend through December 5, 2008 the current program to repurchase up to 250,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $52.75 per share. The program was originally announced February 26, 2008.
According to Mr. Griffin, the Board has extended the repurchase program as a result of its continuing belief in the strength of the organization and its strong financial performance.
