ST. PAUL, Minn., Sept. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The CHS Foundation announced today it has contributed $40,000 to the Progressive Agriculture Foundation to support farm-safety day programs in 380 rural communities that reach more than 60,000 children and 16,000 adults throughout the country.
The Progressive Agriculture Foundation (http://www.progressiveag.org/), based at Birmingham, Ala. provides one-day hands-on workshops that teach farm children and their parents safe farm practices.
