Partners Bank of California announced today the formation of their Partners Healthcare Division and the hiring of Stephen Senko as First Vice President/Corporate Banking Officer and Jenny Xu, Vice President/Commercial Loan Underwriter. In addition, Michael Chambers has been promoted to First Vice President/Healthcare Division Manager. The Healthcare Division will concentrate exclusively on serving the specialized banking needs of the healthcare industry.

Steve Senko has a proven track record in developing banking relationships in the healthcare field. Most recently, he was Vice President/Director of Business Development for the Southern California Region at Bank of America's Practice Solutions Division, where he was a top producer for the largest lender in the Medical/Dental/Veterinarian Lending arena in the United States. Steve has 22 years in the industry, with the last 13 years at Bank of America. He holds a Bachelor in Arts in Economics and Finance from Edinboro University, Edinboro, Pennsylvania where he was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame in Basketball in 1996. He currently serves as a volunteer for Senior Citizens Group USA and Big Brothers of America.
Jenny Xu has ten years of commercial lending experience, most recently at Stearns Bank Arizona., a $1.5 billion bank in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she was a senior commercial loan underwriter specializing in commercial and industrial loans for healthcare professionals as well as accountants, attorneys, and other professionals. Xu holds an MBA in finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Scottsdale, Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Prior to his appointment as First Vice President/Healthcare Division Manager, Mike Chambers was Vice President/Corporate Banking Officer for Partners Bank, where he was instrumental in developing quality business banking relationships for the Bank. He has over 10 years of management experience in the financial services industry, most recently as Vice President/Western Region Operations Director for MBNA Corporation where he directed 165 people, including a 14 person senior management team. Chambers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Coastal Carolina University, Conway, South Carolina and is a board member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Capistrano Valley.
