MEDINA, Ohio, Oct. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RPM International Inc. announced today that its executive officers filed Form 4s to report transactions related to the vesting of restricted stock previously granted to such officers under the company's 2004 Omnibus Equity and Incentive Plan. The 2004 Plan requires the mandatory withholding of that portion of the stock needed to pay the minimum federal, state and local income tax obligations of these officers with respect to the vested stock.
