RAPID CITY, S.D., Oct. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At a meeting held Oct. 29, 2008, the board of directors of Black Hills Corp. declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 14, 2008, will receive 35 cents per share, payable on Dec. 1, 2008.
