CBRE Realty Finance Inc. Announces Move to OTC Market

HARTFORD, Conn., Nov. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CBRE Realty Finance, Inc. today announced that the Company was notified by the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") that it will permanently suspend trading of the Company's common stock as of the close of market on November 7, 2008. The delisting is the result of the fact that the Company has fallen below the NYSE continued listing standard regarding average global market capitalization over a consecutive 30 trading day period of at least $25 million. As of November 10, 2008, trading of the Company's common stock will occur over-the-counter under the ticker symbol CRTYZ.
