NEW YORK, Nov. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Auto Data Network, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ADNW.PK), announced today that Ian Warwick, President, CEO, Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Auto Data Network, Inc. (the "Company" or "ADNW"), will resign all positions effective November 25, 2008. The resignation is a result of the previously announced distribution by the Company to the Company's shareholders, of the 71,250,000 shares of stock of Aftersoft Group, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: ASFG.OB) , owned by the Company, as a dividend in order to effect the Company's previously announced spin-off of Aftersoft's businesses.
Following his resignation from ADNW, Mr. Warwick will begin to focus solely on his duties as CEO, President and Director of Aftersoft.
