Noble Receives Staff Deficiency Letter

TROY, Mich., Nov. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Noble International, Ltd. today announced that in connection with the resignation of Philippe Landron from its Board of Directors, the Company received a Nasdaq Staff Deficiency Letter dated November 26, 2008 indicating that the Company was no longer compliant with the audit committee composition and independent director requirements, respectively, set forth in Marketplace Rule 4350. Nasdaq's letter provided that, consistent with Marketplace Rules 4350(c)(1) and 4350(d)(4), the Company has a cure period to regain compliance extending until the earlier of the Company's next annual shareholders' meeting or November 21, 2009; or if the next annual shareholders' meeting is held before May 20, 2009, then on or before such date. The Company intends to cure such deficiency within the prescribed cure period.
