CHICAGO, Dec. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- JBT Corporation announced today that its JBT AeroTech business has commenced operations for two new airport maintenance services contracts.
The first contract, with a freight services provider, was awarded for a term of five and one half years and is expected to generate in excess of $7 million in revenue over the life of the contract. JBT AeroTech will provide comprehensive facilities maintenance services at a new North American sortation and distribution facility.
The second contract, with a North American headquartered airline, was awarded for a term of three years and is expected to generate in excess of $4 million in revenue over the life of the contract. JBT AeroTech will provide comprehensive gate and baggage handling systems maintenance services for the airline.
